Here is a summary of our admission Process to guide you in enrolling your child in our school.

Visit our campuse and purchase an application form for N3,000. You can as well download the application form online by clicking on the button below, but please note that you are still required to make the N3,000 payment before the form is processed.

ADMISSION OF NEW INTAKE:

The standard procedures for the admission of new pupils into the school are as follows:

Admission Policy

Children will be accepted in the Kindergarten class from 18 months and above
Children between the ages of 3½ and 5 years are for enrolment into the Nursery section, 5 years and above for the Primary section.
Other adission requirements are as follows:

+ Registration form: N 2500.00 (from the Admissions Office/Online)

+ Passport-size photograph

+ Formal/informal interview

+ Certificate of Birth

+ Medical Report

+ Vaccination Certificate.

Admission Procedure

1. A pre-admission orientation meeting between parents, child and Class Teacher is scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

2. Children are accepted on first come, first serve basis.

3. The child’s space is confirmed upon receipt and acknowledgement of the registration fee with application form and other applicable fees. The fees are payable before the child can resume in the school unless otherwise discussed and approved by the management.

INTERVIEW

Unlike many other private schools, the initial step of our process is a meeting with the applicant and his/her parents to determine the suitability of the school. The meeting is cooperative in nature. It explores your child’s academic goals, personality, and compatibility with TBPS.

Please ensure you have the following with you for the interview:

2 recent passport photographs (not more than 3 months old)(s)

+ Medical Report

+ Certificate of Birth

+ Vaccination Certificate

+ Copy of Registration form with Bank teller/receipt

TESTING

If, after the interview, it appears that your child may be a prospective TBPS, the process moves forward:

Students are required to complete our entrance examination. This test is designed to identify the child’s abilities in mathematics, vocabulary, spelling, grammar, and reading comprehension (the test is diagnostic in purpose – your child will never be reduced to a score at TBPS).

Students are admitted based on submission of current academic records.

ADMISSIONS DECISION

Once testing, if applicable, is completed and all supporting documentation has been received and carefully reviewed, successful candidates will be informed via SMS, email or phone call.

A provisional letter of admission will then be issued for collection.

Your child may be offered admission. To accept the offer and secure your child’s placement, Acceptance letter signed and submit with all required payment.
